Chief Operating Officer - New York Venues The Ambassador Theatre Group-Erich Jungwirth has produced theatre in New York for more than twelve years, much of that time for Broadway Across America, Live Nation, Clear Channel Theatrical and Nickelodeon Entertainment
-Erich founded the commercial production company VoiceChair Productions which produces, manages, presents and consults on unusual, but quality, commercial entertainment
-Clients have included Blue Man Group and AEG/ThemeSTAR
-Erich currently works for The Ambassador Theatre Group (U.K.) as Chief Operating Officer of New York Venues, running the Lyric Theatre, Broadway's 2nd largest theater house and former home of the notorious production of Spider-Man Turn Off The Dark. As COO, Erich is also responsible for pursuing new theater acquisitions for the Group.
-Erich sits on the boards of the New Ohio Theatre and ASTEP (Artists Striving to End Poverty), and is closely connected to their program that supports the Shanti Bhavan School outside of Bangalore, India where he spent a short time as a volunteer teacher and physical education instructor in 2010

Anna-Maria McGowan, Ph.D.
NASA Technical Fellow for Complex Systems Design-Dr. Anna-Maria McGowan is NASA's Technical Fellow for Complex Systems Design, leading the Agency's initiatives to develop methodologies for designing and engineering complex systems.
-As a Senior Technologist (ST), she served as an Agency technical advisor and the principal strategist for collaborating with external leaders to advance interdisciplinary research, design, and development of aerospace and non-aerospace methodologies that address increasing complexities in aerospace systems.
-She has led and managed several large multidisciplinary aeronautics research projects that include military and commercial aerospace vehicles with advance technologies such as innovative high-lift; micro flow control; tailored, lightweight wing concepts, biologically-inspired flight, and extreme short take-off and landing.
-Recently Dr. McGowan served as the Project Manager of NASA's Convergent Aeronautics Solutions (CAS) Project. CAS is a central part of NASA's strategic vision for transformation in global air mobility, seeking to cultivate multi-disciplinary, revolutionary concepts and harness convergence in aeronautics and non-aeronautics technologies.
-Anna has a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Ph.D. in Design Science from the University of Michigan.

Ryan Pereira, D. Eng
VP/GM at CWP/Scott Fetzer and Scott Labs/Scott Fetzer a division of Berkshire Hathaway-Dr. Pereira has full P&L responsibility for facilities in the US and China and is currently focused in the consumer product and chemical segments.
-Dr. Pereira represents ISD on the Michigan Engineering Alumni Board.
-He currently holds an Adjunct Professor position at Kent State University where he teaches courses in the operations management area. He is a published author and has several publications pending. He has also presented at research conferences such as INFORMS and DSI.
-Dr. Pereira joined Scott Fetzer in 2011 as a VP of Engineering in the medical devices segment and was later promoted to take on additional Business Development responsibilities. In this role he was named on several utility and design patents that are currently pending but have resulted in products that led to significant revenue growth. Prior to 2011, he worked in the Aerospace Industry as a Senior Engineering Manager at Woodward Governor, which is a publically traded company. Starting his career in the automotive industry, he held progressively increasing responsibilities in the engineering function at Dura Automotive from 1998 to 2009.
-He completed his Doctorate from the University of Michigan in 2010 while working fulltime and raising a family. He is a member of the Pi Tau Sigma and Tau Beta Pi honor societies and is an active member of the College of Engineering Alumni Board. He holds certifications in the Six-Sigma Black Belt, Project Management and Lean disciplines. While at Michigan he studied under renowned professor, Dr. Jeff Liker, author of the Toyota Way. His dissertation focused on Lean product development based on a study of several automotive companies.
-Early in his career he realized that his passion lied in the intersection of business and technology. Today he has a more refined focused on a myriad of innovation and design strategies with an emphasis on optimal execution in a corporate setting. Dr Pereira was born in India but he has spent a majority of his life in the Midwest. He and his wife have three young daughters and they currently reside in Westlake, a suburb of Cleveland. He is an ardent fan of Michigan Football, plays soccer on a weekly basis and holds a black belt in Karate.
Managing Director, Harbour Results, Inc-James Ricci is a Managing Director at Harbour Results, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain focused on implementing lean and process improvement initiatives, developing and executing operational turnarounds, developing manufacturing strategies, performing competitive benchmarking and due diligence.
-Prior to joining Harbour Results Inc., Ricci worked for other notable organizations including KPMG LLP and Harbour Consulting . He was responsible for directing and executing projects to improve client operating performance, including lean manufacturing implementation, quality improvement and operational assistance in restructuring and distressed situations relative to supply chain management and manufacturing consolidation/integration. In addition, Ricci worked for Honda of America Mfg., in engineering, manufacturing and launch functions with responsibilities related to quality, warranty, production, and cost competitiveness.
-He has executed more than 300 operational assessments, due diligence and improvement initiatives for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers, private equity firms, and financial institutions across North America, Asia, and Europe identifying and quantifying risk and developing opportunities that generate revenue, reduce costs, and enhance products. His manufacturing expertise includes metal forming, welding and fabricating, casting, molding and value-added assembly.
-Ricci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Michigan. He also is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). He is currently the Treasurer of The Pleasant Ridge Foundation and a former Board Member for the Society of Automotive Analysts.
