-Erich founded the commercial production company VoiceChair Productions which produces, manages, presents and consults on unusual, but quality, commercial entertainment

-Erich currently works for The Ambassador Theatre Group (U.K.) as Chief Operating Officer of New York Venues, running the Lyric Theatre, Broadway's 2nd largest theater house and former home of the notorious production of Spider-Man Turn Off The Dark. As COO, Erich is also responsible for pursuing new theater acquisitions for the Group.
-Erich sits on the boards of the New Ohio Theatre and ASTEP (Artists Striving to End Poverty), and is closely connected to their program that supports the Shanti Bhavan School outside of Bangalore, India where he spent a short time as a volunteer teacher and physical education instructor in 2010

Anna-Maria McGowan, Ph.D.
NASA Technical Fellow for Complex Systems Design-Dr. Anna-Maria McGowan is NASA's Technical Fellow for Complex Systems Design, leading the Agency's initiatives to develop methodologies for designing and engineering complex systems.
-As a Senior Technologist (ST), she served as an Agency technical advisor and the principal strategist for collaborating with external leaders to advance interdisciplinary research, design, and development of aerospace and non-aerospace methodologies that address increasing complexities in aerospace systems.
-She has led and managed several large multidisciplinary aeronautics research projects that include military and commercial aerospace vehicles with advance technologies such as innovative high-lift; micro flow control; tailored, lightweight wing concepts, biologically-inspired flight, and extreme short take-off and landing.
-Recently Dr. McGowan served as the Project Manager of NASA's Convergent Aeronautics Solutions (CAS) Project. CAS is a central part of NASA's strategic vision for transformation in global air mobility, seeking to cultivate multi-disciplinary, revolutionary concepts and harness convergence in aeronautics and non-aeronautics technologies.
-Anna has a B.S. in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, an M.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Old Dominion University and a Ph.D. in Design Science from the University of Michigan.

Managing Director, Harbour Results, Inc-James Ricci is a Managing Director at Harbour Results, Inc. He has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain focused on implementing lean and process improvement initiatives, developing and executing operational turnarounds, developing manufacturing strategies, performing competitive benchmarking and due diligence.
-Prior to joining Harbour Results Inc., Ricci worked for other notable organizations including KPMG LLP and Harbour Consulting . He was responsible for directing and executing projects to improve client operating performance, including lean manufacturing implementation, quality improvement and operational assistance in restructuring and distressed situations relative to supply chain management and manufacturing consolidation/integration. In addition, Ricci worked for Honda of America Mfg., in engineering, manufacturing and launch functions with responsibilities related to quality, warranty, production, and cost competitiveness.
-He has executed more than 300 operational assessments, due diligence and improvement initiatives for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers, private equity firms, and financial institutions across North America, Asia, and Europe identifying and quantifying risk and developing opportunities that generate revenue, reduce costs, and enhance products. His manufacturing expertise includes metal forming, welding and fabricating, casting, molding and value-added assembly.
-Ricci holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Michigan. He also is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP). He is currently the Treasurer of The Pleasant Ridge Foundation and a former Board Member for the Society of Automotive Analysts.
