Welcome to the Division of Integrative Systems and Design (ISD) – a University of Michigan community for interdisciplinary lifelong educational opportunities. Through a broad array of programs taught by outstanding faculty, ISD integrates engineering disciplines within the College of Engineering and also with a wide variety of current and emerging disciplines from across campus – such as, literature, science, and the arts, business, healthcare, public policy, and art and design – to create innovative programs at the dynamic intersection of research and practical knowledge.
ISD is uniquely positioned to support our students' academic and professional goals. Earn an advanced level degree or professional certificate on campus in vibrant Ann Arbor, or if you prefer, you can pursue your studies from home or work through the flexibility and convenience of online learning.
