Justin has over 19 years of automotive investment banking experience, working for global investment banking firms including The Royal Bank of Canada, Jefferies & Company, Salomon Smith Barney and Schroders Plc.
Justin has advised on over $20 billion of M&A, debt, equity and restructuring transactions for automotive assemblers, suppliers, the aftermarket and dealerships
Clients have included Accubuilt, American Axle, Aston Martin, Delphi, Federal-Mogul, Fiat, Ford, General Motors, GenTek, Grakon, Holley, JAC Products, Johnson Controls, Key Plastics, Lear, Magna, MasterCraft, Metaldyne, MSX, Penske, Sonic Automotive, Takata, Thule, Thyssen Krupp, Toyota, TriMas and Waupaca Foundry.
Prior to his investment banking career, Justin worked in the automotive industry as a design and manufacturing engineer for General Motors in Detroit and Toyota in Japan, where he holds a patent for an adjustable suspension component; Justin was also a technical editor and test driver for Car and Driver Magazine in Ann Arbor, MI
Justin received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1991 and his M.B.A. from New York University's Stern School of Business in 1996; Justin has been a member of SAE since 1990 and SEMA since 1998
Justin grew up in Livonia, MI into a Ford family and still drives a 1966 Mustang GT convertible as his weekend car
Justin lives in Long Island, NY with his wife and three daughters
