Course Description
Students in Manufacturing Engineering or Global Automotive and Manufacturing Engineering may register for this course. This project course is intended to provide students with an industry-relevant team project experience in manufacturing. A faculty member will follow the progress and serve as an advisor to the project. Each project must have a clearly defined problem or need; must show a solution methodology; and must be value-added to the sponsor.
Prerequisite
ISD 599 (MFG 599, MECHENG 599) Smart Manufacturing Systems and the 503 project will be completed toward the end of the program.
